This allows you to use the service board connector to directly plug in a Williams coin door. This will map the slam tilt, both coin switches and the 4 service buttons to the inputs, and the 5v outputs will power the coin lights built into the door.
Note that the slam tilt is mapped to the same input as the default software tilt button (23). You will likely want to adjust the default software tilt button or there will be a conflict in operation.
