I communicate primarily through email. Just send me a message through the contact us page and I will get back to you as quickly as I can. I get a lot of email, so if I don’t respond then feel free to send a follow up. I do my very best to answer every question that comes in and if you have any issues with your purchase I will help out however I can.

One thing you will notice is that I do my very best to answer every question you have and to respond quickly. No ticketing system, just send me an email. I will help you get things up and running the best I can. There is of course a limit to what kind of support I can provide, but I will do my best to help you enjoy your virtual pinball setup. The documentation for all my products is the best available (see here) and I continue to update the documentation over time so things are always up to date.

Just let me know what was damaged or if something is missing and I will send you a replacement free of charge.

Typically it takes just 2 business day to get an order out the door, but depending on how busy things are it can be up to 3-5 business days, with the large kits taking the longest amount of time. I do not work on Sundays to allow for some time with the family and God. During the months of December through March, shipping can be more than 2 weeks due to high order volume.

I ship worldwide, I have shipped products to all countries. At this time I do not have a great way to charge for shipping worldwide but I do refund to actual amounts after shipping out. So as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you are able to cancel it. Just send me a note through the contact us page.
